The Impact You'll Make in this Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Investor Relations Corporate Access and Engagement Program Manager to lead and manage all aspects of investor engagement planning, execution, and department programming.
This role will be responsible for coordinating investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and other events, ensuring seamless execution and an exceptional experience for the investment community. Additionally, the Manager will oversee investor relations projects, supporting the team's strategic initiatives and contributing to the company's overall investor relations strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate Access Management
• Plan, coordinate, and execute investor engagement activities, including one-on-one meetings, group meetings, non-deal roadshows, and investor conferences.
• Collaborate with sell-side partners, internal stakeholders, and senior executives to create detailed schedules and logistics for investor events.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders regarding meeting invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Event Planning and Execution
• Lead the planning and logistics for investor events, such as quarterly earnings calls, investor days, and virtual or in-person roadshows.
• Manage event timelines, venues, travel arrangements, technology requirements, and post-event reporting.
• Partner with corporate communications, marketing, and events teams to ensure alignment on branding, messaging, and materials for events.
Investor Relations Program Management
• Drive key investor relations projects, such as annual reporting, financial stakeholder ESG initiatives, peer benchmarking, or investor sentiment analyses.
• Own and manage the Investor Relations website
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Identify process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of investor relations activities.
Data and Feedback Analysis
• Track and analyze engagement metrics, such as meeting participation, investor feedback, and event outcomes.
• Provide post-event reports and recommendations to improve future activities and refine the company's investor engagement strategy.
• Maintain an up-to-date calendar of investor relations activities, ensuring alignment with company priorities and external schedules.
Collaboration and Communication
• Act as a central point of contact for all investor engagement logistics, coordinating across internal teams, including Finance, Legal, Communications, and Executive Leadership.
• Prepare briefing materials for executives ahead of investor meetings, including participant profiles, key messages, and FAQs.
• Serve as a key liaison between the company and sell-side analysts or institutional investors for meeting and event scheduling.
Budget and Vendor Management
• Manage budgets for investor relations activities, ensuring cost efficiency and effective allocation of resources.
• Oversee relationships with external vendors, such as event planners, venues, and technology providers, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business , Communications, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate access, event planning
• Strong understanding of investor relations and financial markets, with experience working for or supporting publicly traded companies preferred.

• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, investor relations platforms (e.g., S&P Global, BDCorporate, FactSet, or similar), and virtual event technologies.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $183,301 - $224,034, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
