Accounting Manager - Treasury (Finance)

The Accounting Manager, reporting to VP, Treasurer, will be responsible for managing various Accounts Receivable, Customer Credit and Treasury functions. Responsibilities will range from transactional and analytical to management and project presentation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage monthly ABL bank reporting
- Prepare and present reporting deck for credit council meetings
- Manage Accounts Receivable team and oversee manual invoicing
- Administer JP Morgan Access online banking, including payments to international and domestic suppliers
- Review weekly Cash Flow report
- Lead annual bank field exam and inventory valuation process
- Manage Credit Insurance and customer credit reviews
- Complete annual customer credit limit analysis and review
- Administer Lockstep Collections Software
- Lead special projects as directed by the Treasurer
Qualifications include:
- BS/BA in Accounting
- 4-7 years' experience in Accounting/Finance environment
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving aptitude
- ERP experience (JD Edwards preferred)
- Process improvement focused
- Strong Excel and technical skills
