The Property Operations/Facilities Coordinator offers assistance and support to the Director of Property Operations and Facilities. Maintains accountability for all activities related to the Facilities Division and ensure the on-going accuracy and documentation of all written reports and forms.
What will I be doing?
• Provide guidance and administrative direction of all operational areas time and attendance for the Division.
• Responsible for budgeting and ordering of office supplies for Department, petty cash expenditures, reconciliations and reports.
• Work with contractors and vendors directly in order to fulfill projects on time and in a cost-effective manner. Enters purchase requests for R&M, Contingency and Capital expenses.
• Create spreadsheets, checklists and timelines for all construction projects.
• Track and update all vendor insurance certificate, property permit & certificates in order to avoid any and all penalties, including their property liaisons for Facilities and Capital Projects.
• Issue Contracts and keep records and reports necessary to follow all project work in progress and completion, assist with preparation of the annual budget and major projects.
• Assist with all Capital Projects from development to completion, including communicating information required for effective performance of assigned responsibilities.
• Communicate information required for effective performance of assigned responsibilities of Capital Projects and Operational Projects. Anticipates conditions, problems or opportunities, which may affect Divisional operations.
Weekend Availability Required
The hourly range for this position is $25 to $27 per hour plus full-time benefits
