Dispatcher SBT (Administrative)
Maintain real-time awareness of company tug vessels as well as incoming/departing water traffic
Maintain awareness of waterway conditions and activity and any elements that may affect them
Accurately receive job orders from customers and timely log orders according to standard operating procedures
Dispatch tug vessels on customer jobs efficiently and timely in a way that maximizes the fleet's availability to complete jobs and minimizes job giveaways
Track ongoing jobs to ensure completion
Anticipate potential issues (ex: vessel won't arrive to job on time) and proactively work to alleviate potential customer and/or crew dissatisfaction
Timely troubleshoot issues as they occur, seeking assistance when needed to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and timely
Work with Crew Coordinator to efficiently plan for crew changes while maintaining ongoing jobs
Cooperatively work with other ENB teams when processes and procedures overlap

This positions works in an open office environment that may involve noise distractions occasionally.
This position requires sitting for long periods and may require lifting up to 10 lbs.
This position works 12-hour shifts, either daytime or nighttime.
This position may only work remotely as needed and generally does not qualify to work remotely on a regular basis.
