Carolina Caring is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This position supports the daily operations of the HR department and contributes to a variety of essential functions, including onboarding, pay administration, benefits, employee development plans, evaluations, and leave management.
We're looking for a collaborative team player with strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting both employees and internal HR processes.
