The Sr Manager, Business Operations will be a key member of the Global Talent Solutions team, focusing primarily on talent acquisition. This role will provide strategic business support to the SVP, manage vendor relationships, drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and lead special projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition operations and a knack for optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a global team of 3-5, delivering the following responsibilities.
Business Manager Support:
Provide comprehensive business support to the SVP, Global Talent Solutions, including strategic planning, reporting, and project management.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP, offering insights and recommendations to drive talent acquisition success.
Vendor Relationship Management:
Own and manage relationships with external vendors related to talent acquisition.
Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and budget.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements within talent acquisition operations.
Implement best practices to streamline processes, enhance candidate experience, and improve overall efficiency.
Talent Acquisition Operations:
Lead and oversee the operations of the talent acquisition function, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
Compliance and Auditing:
Manage compliance and auditing activities related to talent acquisition.
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, working closely with the legal team to update policies as needed.
Special Projects:
Lead and execute special projects related to talent acquisition, performance management, and learning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Operations
Proven experience in driving process improvements.
Strong understanding of compliance and auditing requirements in talent acquisition.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Workday, and HR analytics platforms strongly preferred.

The annual base pay for this position is: $154,808.00 - $232,212.00F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5's differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
