Time & Attendance Administrative Support (Finance)
Position Summary: Responsible for all aspects of timekeeping maintenance and attendance tracking for warehouse, driver, garage, office inventory, and maintenance hourly associates at the Distribution Center. Minimum Position Qualifications:
High School education or equivalent
10-key by touch
Strong interpersonal, communication, oral and written skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines without loss of composure or efficiency.
Excellent PC skills including sound working knowledge of Excel and Word.
Mathematical aptitude and problem solving skills.
Must be organized, detail oriented and able to exercise discretion and maintain confidentially.
Willing to work EVERY Monday, even on holidays, OT as necessary and certain holidays.
Requires early start time on Mondays.
Essential Job Functions:
Perform the functions of the HR and Payroll Departments and provide support for associates
Daily input of KRONOS timekeeping maintenance forms.
Processing terminations and change of status requests.
Review and process payroll adjustments.
Biweekly review of timecards.
Process approved incentive pay and time off.
Responsible to transmit accurate time cards to payroll by required deadline.
Manage the Attendance Hotline and related database to report required discipline to all location Managers.
