Location: Bridge Crest Post Acute
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: LPN: $32 - $44 per hour | RN: $39 - $54 per hour

Bridge Crest Post Acute is seeking a skilled and compassionate Wound Care Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for a dedicated nurse with a passion for providing excellent wound care and improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, treat, and monitor wounds to ensure optimal healing
• Implement and manage individualized wound care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
• Educate staff, residents, and families on wound prevention and care
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

• Active LPN or RN license in Washington
• Experience in wound care preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
