StarPoint Summer Camp Teacher (June - July) (Creative Design)
OVERVIEW:
The StarPoint Summer Camp Teacher is an educator with the StarPoint Summer Camp program (for youth in grades 1-6) for The Children's Museum of Indianapolis. The teacher modifies, coordinates, and instructs pre-developed curriculum and activities in tandem with the program theme. The incumbent participates in off-site field trips with the StarPoint campers and mentors interns and junior teachers while they are in the classroom, consistently displaying a professional demeanor. StarPoint Summer Camp Teachers are assigned to one of three “cabins”: Trains (grades 1-2), Polar Bears (grades 3-4), or Race Cars (grades 5-6).
