Job Description:
• The IT Technical Services - Network group is seeking a UHD student to provide wireless and network support.
• Will work closely with network administrators.
• Provides data entry for the Help Desk Ticketing System.
• Assists with development and technical documentation.
• Provide network support to other IT departments, such as User Support Services.
• Other Duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Network Technologies knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Internet browsers, and other network applications.
• Must be dependable and willing to learn new skills.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be available 20 hours per week.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Knowledge of and experience working with a variety of wireless devices.
• Have basic software and hardware troubleshooting experience.
Qualifications
• Must be a current UHD student.
• Must be able to work on Friday.
